US & Canada Shipping
Surdi offers free & fast ground shipping on ALL orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options - as well as ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada - are available for an extra charge (shown at checkout). Most in-stock items ordered before 2pm CT (Mon-Fri) ship the same day. In-stock items ordered after 2pm CT (Mon-Fri) or on weekends will ship out the following business day. For any items indicated as “Special Order” please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your item. For any items indicated as “Backorder”, we will ship those items as soon as we receive more stock.
If you are a customer buying from, or shipping to, any country other than the USA or Canada, please contact our customer service team for assistance in placing your order. Please note that all transactions must be received in US dollars, and that in most cases of international shipping both the manufacturer of the product(s) and Surdi expressly waive any and all product warranties, liabilities, & representations that would typically come with the product if sold within the United States.
Surdi offers free returns within 30 days of the initial shipment for all customers in the 48 contiguous United States. Simply contact our friendly customer service team to initiate your return. You will be provided with an RMA # and sent a return shipping label to send the product back to us. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada ONLY – items may still be returned within 30 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If a return tag is sent to you by our company, the cost of the return tag will be deducted from your credit. In order to receive a full refund, any item(s) returned must be in like-new and re-sellable condition with all of the original parts & accessories that came with the product(s). Any returns that come back in less than like-new condition and/or that are missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item’s retail price at the time your original order was placed. We also reserve the right to reject any returns that are received damaged, in poor condition, missing substantial parts, or that was not purchased from our company.
Because exchanges are typically processed as 2 separate transactions in order to get your new product to you as quickly as possible.
1) A new order is placed for the new item, charged as a regular order, and is shipped immediately.
2) A return is generated for the original item, and upon receipt of that item from our warehouse we will refund your original transaction.
